  • Portfolio data: Documents, financial statements, term sheets, MIS reports, and other files you upload to the Service.
  • Usage data: Log data, feature usage patterns, and session information to improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Finoco platform

3. No Training on Your Data

Finoco does not use your portfolio data, documents, or AI queries to train or fine-tune any AI or machine learning model. Your data is processed solely to deliver the Service to you. This is a core commitment and a fundamental part of how Finoco is designed.

We do not share your data with third parties except in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: We use trusted infrastructure and cloud providers to operate the Service, bound by data processing agreements.
